Two Sunday morning sessions for anyone who has already attended one of our free drop-in or fringe meditation events. 

These two Sunday morning practice classes are for you if would: 

  • like to find out more about the benefits of regular meditation
  • get some practical pointers for how to do it
  • have questions about meditation
  • need some inspiration to practice
  • would appreciate the opportunity to practice with others and refresh your weekend!

You can book for either or both of the two sessions, there will be some overlap in the content and some differences between the two sessions.

Numbers are limited and booking is essential.
